Think Flights is an online wing of Flight Bureau UK Ltd, Scotland’s No 1 flight agency, it has a wealth of knowledge and buying power that few can obtain. From humble beginnings, Flight Bureau has grown to be one of the leading agents for airline tickets in Scotland.
Need and Requirements
As an offline leader, Flight Bureau approached Deographics with the desire to enter the fascinating online travel market and establish a strong brand on the internet.
Solution and Involvement
The discussions led towards identifying the main objectives for Think Flights online branding which were: to create a feeling of customer’s importance, to provide a safe environment for the customer to book their travel, to make the user process enjoyable, and allow people to express their views as part of a community. Furthermore, people needed to be able to book different elements of travel, such as flights, hotels, car rental etc.
Within a few weeks a powerful online corporate identity consisting of three brands of leisure travel (Think Flights, Think Emirates, Think Delta) and one representing corporate travel (TFC Travel Management) had been designed.
The website development for each of four respective brands resulted in interactive travel platforms being built offering number of features. Flights, hotels, cars, trains and insurance booking engines provided a quality service and the up-to-date special offers from Emirates and Delta airlines made a great impact on online marketing aspect. We also delivered a Content Management System which main attribute is ‘Ease of use’ allowing client to be effective in their business operation.
Result and Conclusion
Our solutions have helped Think Flights to expand their business online and achieve a greater exposure resulting in increased revenues.
Deographics is continuously working with Think Flights to increase the online presence of their travel business as well as continuing to work on other projects such as Staff Offers and mobile websites.
